The Cloudwatching™ Method is a simple yet effective relaxation practice: step outside, lie down comfortably, and look up at the sky safely.

Instead of your eyes focused on a device, you lift your gaze upward and outward, creating a sense of spaciousness.

This spaciousness creates distance between you, your thoughts, and emotions, as you passively take in sounds of nature, breathe in fresh air, and feel the warm sun and cool breeze on your skin.

The Cloudwatching™ Method is designed to rest your body and still your inward state so you can return to your day balanced and restored. The only requirements? A view of the sky and 5 minutes of your time.

So how does it work?

  1. Go outside and find a location you feel safe lying down. Be aware of your environment.

  2. Lie down comfortably with open eyes to the sky for 5 Minutes. Never look directly at the sun, protect your eyes and vision.

  3. Notice your inner calm and journal your awareness
